Our experienced OTs work closely with residents and staff in aged care facilities to:
- Conduct functional and cognitive assessments
- Create individual care plans tailored to resident goals
- Provide strategies for improved function of daily activities and mobility support
- Recommend environmental modifications to prevent falls and enhance accessibility
- Equipment prescription and safety assessments including pressure care, shower & toileting aids, wheelchairs, electric scooters, lift recliners and other adaptive aids
- Support with dementia care, memory aids, and daily routine adaptations
